As Christmas approaches, Château La Dominique and the restaurant La Terrasse Rouge offer you workshops to discover recipes and dishes to share during your holiday meals.

During these workshops, you will discover:

  • The preparation of Christmas dishes at the restaurant La Terrasse Rouge with Chef Rémy Joly.
  • A friendly workshop, in the open kitchen with a panoramic view of the vineyard: sharing the know-how and "tips" of our Chef (Michelin gourmet plate)
  • A private visit of Château La Dominique and its contemporary vat room signed by the architect Jean Nouvel. A workshop around the basics of tasting: the sensory analysis of a wine, the grape varieties and terroirs of Bordeaux through the wines of the Fayat Family.
  • The art of food & wine pairing around the dishes you have prepared.


Workshop led by Anne Gruau, sommelier and WSET certified.

Workshop around roe deer stew, chocolate sauce grand veneur
Cooking workshop at La Terrasse Rouge with Chef Rémy Joly.
-Private visit of Château La Dominique, Grand Cru Classé de Saint-Emilion.
-Privileged lunch around food and wine pairings commented by Anne Gruau, sommelier and WSET certified.

These privileged experiences take place in groups of 10 people maximum, in french.
