Château Moulin de Faye was created in 1996 in the Bergerac appellation in the commune of Montcaret (24 Dordogne). This family property represents 20 hectares.
In 2005, a new appellation was added to the estate: Saint-Émilion Grand Cru. CHÂTEAU LA ROSE VIRCOULON is located in the commune of Saint-Hippolyte at the foot of the village of Saint-Émilion and covers 5 hectares. The grape varieties: 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc.
Pierre Vircoulon will take you on a tour of his different plots of land across the two appellations, the associated cellars and their characteristics to understand the creation of the wine in great detail. The visits will be accompanied by a tasting of our different products, in order to understand the subtleties.
