At Château Haute-Nauve, you will be welcome by a member of the family for a visit from the vine to the bottle.

We will start by offering you a tour of the vineyard. First, we will explain the history of our family estate over 4 generations, the history of the Saint-Emilion appellation, its specificities, its different grape varieties.
We will show you one of our plots of Cabernet Franc, planted in 1988, and then at the same time, a plot of Cabernet Franc which is much older. We will explain the differences between a young and an old vine and tell you about the work we do in the vineyards throughout the year. The vineyard is certified HVE (High Environmental Value).

We will then go to the winery where we will explain to you the whole production process (fermentation, pumping-over, pressing etc...). The visit will end in our barrel cellar, where we will explain our ageing methods.

You will have the opportunity to taste 2 to 3 wines from the estate.

Visits are possible in English, contact us directly for more information.

The Château Haute Nauve has been awarded the Tourism and Handicap label for mental, motor and visual handicaps:

- Visual impairments: this concerns people who are blind, but also visually impaired: blurred vision, reduced visual field, influence of light or darkness. These people need contrasting visual cues that involve other senses.
- Mental disabilities: These are very varied and can involve difficulties in communication, understanding, decision-making and situating oneself in space and time. Like some older people, children, foreigners or illiterate people, they need to receive simplified information, whether visual or audio.
- Motor disabilities: also varied, they involve difficulties in moving around, whether in a wheelchair (electric or manual), a walker, crutches or on foot.
