Le Logis de la Cadène is a family restaurant founded in 1848 in an 18th century mansion in the heart of the pedestrian streets of the village of Saint-Émilion.
Acquired in 2013 by the Boüard de Laforest family, who settled in the nearby Château Angélus, it has become a must in the medieval town and has been a star-studded restaurant since 2017!
The young chef Alexandre Baumard, who trained with the greatest chefs such as Paul Bocuse and Christophe Bacquié, offers an inventive gastronomic cuisine based on local produce. For sweets, it is the pastry chef Damien Amilien who will know how to seduce you.
The restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and dinner from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
Private rooms are available upon reservation.
