Dear visitors: welcome to Emilion la Montagne! Mr or Mrs Bouquey will tell you about his/her life, city and struggles during the French Revolution of 1789 through an entertaining visit of Saint-Émilion.

Our local revolutionary will take you from the city streets and squares to the monolithic church, a hideout during those troubled times of French history.

In the light of the lanterns, enjoy the anecdotes of your costumed guide and above all watch out: spies are everywhere!

  • Warning! Vibrant fun tour!
  • French History is staged by Marinette and Robert, our local revolutionaries.
  • At the end of the tour, seize the opportunity to buy the Collegiate Church.
  • The visit includes the hermitage of the monk Emilion, the catacombs and the monolithic church.
