Castle and exceptional garden!
Overlooking the river "Dordogne", Vayres is one of the most prestigious castles in our Aquitaine region.
Classified as a French Historic Monument (Middle Ages, Renaissance, French Classicism), it belonged to the king Henri IV. Furniture from Louis XIII and Louis XIV periods. Collection of exceptional tapestries.
The tours are guided.
Park certified as "Remarkable Garden" : French garden and medieval garden.
New : Game booklets for the park (3-6 years old and 7-12 years old) - Application "Anne Mésia's Investigations" from 7 years old and adults (game and information for outdoor discovery).
