Organised on the initiative of the Town Hall of Saint-Emilion, the Marché du Goût welcomes young and old alike every year to the heart of the Cloister of the Collegiate Church.

The market stalls are a feast for the eyes, a feast for the nose and a feast for the palate, as visitors discover or rediscover the flavours of yesteryear. All the senses are put to work, to the delight of food lovers.
Taste artisans, the true guardians of knowledge, will be on hand to offer you a taste of their regional products, made in the traditional way to delight your taste buds. Tables will be set up in the cloister for you to taste or have lunch on the spot.
