  • We are a small group, what do you offer us ?
    Our department offers programs completly personalizable for the groups from 3 to 400 people.
  • Are there restaurants to receive groups ?
    Yes, we have negociated for you menus and special prices with our restaurant partners.

  • How far in advance can I book a programme?
    Although it is preferable to build and book your programme in advance for more comfort, it is possible to book last minute with our service. Our large network of partners and our territorial expertise allow us to find solutions quickly and to meet your needs even at the last minute.
  • Can a programme be changed once it has been booked?
    We will always do our best to meet your needs and to adapt to any changes in your needs over time. It is therefore possible to change a programme even after the contract has been signed (change of date, fluctuation in the number of participants, shifting time constraints, reduction in the budget, etc.). The contract will be modified accordingly and resubmitted for signature.
  • What happens if we are less than expected?
    For private services including partners such as restaurants, accommodations or wine estates, the final number of participants (which will be used as the basis for the final invoice) is requested on D-10. For visits to the village alone, provided by our guides, the actual number of people on D-day will be used for the final invoice.
  • Do you offer activities outside Saint-Emilion?
    Our status as a travel agent (registered with Atout France) allows us to offer activities beyond the geographical limits of the area covered by our Tourist Office. Consequently, we have the right and the capacity to propose activities in the Bordeaux area, in the Médoc and in the Bassin d'Arcachon. We study all requests.
  • Is it possible to offer a gift voucher?
    This possibility is offered to you on our website under the heading "gift boxes". This system allows you to offer an experience ranging from a simple visit to a complete stay. Following the order (directly on line), the "gift box" is sent within 48 hours by priority mail to the beneficiary or to the purchaser (Voucher valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, renewable 1 time without charge). Free one-year extension of the gift voucher's validity during a state of health emergency.
  • What happens if I have to cancel my visit?
    If the cancellation is due to force majeure (including governmental or prefectural directives), you will be refund in full. If the cancellation is your fault, the general terms and conditions of sale in the contract will prevail.
  • Do you have a health protocol in place to ensure the safety of visitors?
    Since the beginning of the pandemic, the Tourist Office and its partners have done everything possible to guarantee a quality welcome in safe and healthy conditions. Hydroalcoholic gel is available, masks are compulsory in our premises and in the monuments, the customer route is one-way, and there are reduced gauges... Furthermore, the measures put in place evolve according to the recommendations of the competent health authorities.
