In our tasting room, we then invite you to discover the stages in the transformation of the cocoa bean into chocolate.
Taste chocolate palets of different origins and blends, and learn how to describe their aromas, textures and flavours, before moving on to wine tasting, from whites to reds.
Finally, taste the marvellous creations of Maëlig, a chocolatier in Saint-Emilion, in perfect harmony with the wines.
