From 6.30 pm at Château Chéreau, the “221bis” theatre company will take you on a lantern-lit stroll through the vineyards and cellars, following in the footsteps of Origlio, the founding father of Vignobles Silvestrini. Lanterns will be handed out to children, and wine tastings will be available for the more seasoned visitors. Intrigue and laughter guaranteed!
About the château:
The Silvestrini vineyards and their Château Chéreau were established in 1958 by Aurélien and his wife Régine. Taken over in 1982 by their son Max, who expanded the estate and focused it entirely on viticulture, it was taken over in 2017 by their granddaughter Sabine. A wine estate covering some twenty hectares, spanning the Lussac St-Emilion, Montagne St-Emilion and Pomerol appellations, it benefits from three generations of enthusiasts working on terroirs shaped by time.
