From the origins of Saint-Emilion to the present day, a guided tour led by David Souny (historian & archaeologist) in the company of winegrowers.
The tour will begin at Château Yon Figeac, where we'll discover the richness and diversity of the terroirs.
Then we'll wander through the vineyards to Château Franc Mayne for an exceptional visit to the underground quarries.
After a stop at Château Laroze, we'll finish with a guided tasting on the impact of the soils on the wines of the three Grands Cru Classés.
