Domaine des Quatre Vents

In 2020, we took over this vineyard on the Puisseguin plateau thanks to a lease with the Terre de Liens association. It is a human-sized vineyard of 7 hectares that we converted to organic farming and which has been certified since the 2022 vintage. The plots were planted between the 60s and 90s. The grape varieties are typical of the Bordeaux region, 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc on clay-limestone soils (a limestone plateau and a blue clay valley).

We try to preserve biodiversity as much as possible without impacting it:

  • soil work only under the cavaillon

  • occasional mowing of rows, winter grazing (sheep)

  • planting hedges and fruit trees, beehives and nest boxes

All our wines are produced without additives.
