You'll discover the main grape varieties of the Saint-Émilion appellation and their specific characteristics, to help you better understand how complex wines are made.
During this workshop, you will be given a tasting sheet, test tubes in tasting glasses and a range of grape varieties from different plots of the estate.
You will then make your own blend by mixing the proportions of the grape varieties provided to create a wine to your taste.
You'll leave with half a bottle of your own creation!
The workshop is guaranteed for 4 people. It will be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
