On the edge of Saint-Émilion, Domaine de Beaulieu unfolds across twelve hectares where nature is left to thrive: a seven-hectare enclosed forest home to free-roaming deer, a permaculture kitchen garden tended with care, mischievous Valais Blacknose sheep, and horses grazing peacefully. The eighteenth-century château, set within its own grounds, offers a rare setting just minutes from the heart of Saint-Émilion.

At the heart of this kitchen garden, Les Tablées du Potager bring guests and a guest chef together around the fire each summer. An Argentine chef cooks asado-style, following the tradition of open-fire and ember grilling, using vegetables harvested that very morning from the potager. This ancestral cooking method, where meat and vegetables slowly roast over the embers, gives each tablée a distinctive flavour and a true sense of sharing and spectacle. Dishes are paired with wines from neighbouring producers, chosen for their character and their story. Whether a relaxed lunch in daylight or a candlelit dinner at sunset, each tablée tells a story: of terroir, of gesture, of a meeting between Argentine cuisine and the generosity of the Bordeaux kitchen garden.

The château welcomes up to eight guests in a setting where elegance never gives up its warmth: a pool and a private spa with massage room, fitness room, and Norwegian bath complete the experience. La Gardienne, an independent guesthouse on the estate, offers a more intimate retreat for travellers seeking calm.

Corporate seminars, wellness retreats, or full privatisations: Domaine de Beaulieu welcomes every kind of gathering for those seeking, just minutes from Saint-Émilion, a place where nature, fire, and the table find their rightful balance.
