Become a Chef in the kitchen of the Château Ambe Tour Pourret. Benefit from the expertise of a professional chef and discover wonderful recipes. You will be given your own hob and preparation space. You will learn how to prepare a French menu using regional and seasonal products. Enjoy a food pairing with wines of our different properties during the meal.

For this new season, we are offering two cooking classes!

Our new offer is the “Premium” cooking course for groups of 2 to 10 people. During this course, you will learn professional techniques to cook refined and seasonal dishes.

For groups of 11 to 17 people, we offer the “Tradition” cooking classes. During this course, prepare a chef’s meal from A to Z in a festive atmosphere suitable for large groups.

Workshops run all year long for lunch from 10am to 1pm and for dinner from 5pm to 8pm.
