Join the Tasty Tales tour and discover or (re)discover the region's other specialities where the red wine reigns supreme !

Both cultural and entertaining, the Tasty Tales tour allows you to discover the medieval city from a different angle: that of gastronomy. Although wine remains the region's most famous symbol, other local specialities are also worth mentioning... and tasting!

Visitors begin their tour on Rue du Couvent, before discovering other places such as Rue des Douves and the famous mounds with a stop in front of the vineyards.

Your guide will introduce you to regional specialities such as the famous Saint-Émilion macaroon through culinary anecdotes, tastings and historical presentations.

• Duration : 1h30 (meeting point at the tourist office, unless otherwise specified)

On request : Tasting of truffled products in Les Pépites Noires shop in the heart of the village (duration : 30 minutes)

Christophe and Melinda are passionate about mushrooms and nature. Truffle growers and traders from Gironde, they fell in love with truffles 20 years ago. Come and taste these truffled products all year round at the shop with Mélinda: a truffle macaroon, a truffle sausage to share, a truffle gouda to share accompanied by a glass of crémant.

Booking must be made in advance, the tours are available all year long (except December 25th and January 1st).

Minimum capacity : 10 people.

Maximum capacity : 25 people. (beyond 25 people, please contact us)

The rate per person includes : tastings.

The rate per person doesn't include : transportation (on request) and personals expenses.

The guide fees applies per guide and for the group : these include the guide service for the whole programme as mentioned.

The visit of the underground monuments are not included in this programme.
