Le Clos des Religieuses traces its origins to the Order of Saint Ursula, a Catholic religious order comprising teaching nuns known as the Ursulines.

It was in 1952 that the Gerbeau Leynier family, having grown fond of this building and the land surrounding it, decided to purchase it. Driven by this family passion, the brother and sister took over the management of the estate with the aim of perpetuating the family’s expertise.
