Located just 4 km from the medieval village of Saint-Emilion, this 85 m² detached house is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, exploring the heritage and fine wines of Bordeaux.
With two bedrooms, the gîte can comfortably accommodate four people. Two further guests can also stay there thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.
Nestled within the 45-hectare vineyard of Château Saint-Georges, the accommodation has been fully renovated to offer you the utmost comfort.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a cosy dining area.
The living room is ideal for relaxing in a bright and welcoming setting.
The first bedroom, also on the ground floor, has a 180 cm bed and is opposite the separate bathroom. Upstairs, a second bedroom is fitted with a 160 cm double bed and has its own en-suite bathroom.
You can make the most of the garden furniture and the covered terrace by enjoying a breakfast or a glass of wine overlooking the vineyards.
For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided.
Furthermore, for families with children, the gîte is equipped with a travel cot and a high chair. A private parking space is available next to the house.
