October 2026 holidays: Halloween with the family !

During the October school holidays, Vayres Castle is decked out in its finest decorations to offer children and their families a magical and mysterious adventure.

Young visitors aged 3 to 12 will be able to immerse themselves in the world of Halloween through a programme specially designed for them.

An afternoon of Halloween fun at the château, bookable online, where families can enjoy three hours of varied activities:

– A guided tour of the château, fully decorated for the occasion

– A creative workshop: young wizards will create their own ‘wicked stained-glass window’ to take home

– A fun exploration of the grounds: with a new activity booklet for 4–7-year-olds, or the ‘Les Enquêtes de Anne Mésia’ app (for ages 8 and over and adults), which combines digital gameplay with historical anecdotes.

Children are encouraged to come in fancy dress to prolong the magic of Halloween. The programme ends at around 5.45 pm.

• Price: €14 per person (children and adults); bookings required for groups of fewer than 20 people
