The day begins with a naturalist walk along the Isle to observe the birds, listen to their songs and understand their environment, accompanied by a specialized guide.
It continues with a convivial workshop around bread, where participants make their own bread from old flours, followed by a tasting of artisanal products.
After a picnic on site, the afternoon is devoted to a guided tour of the mill, allowing you to discover its operation and history.
