On Sunday 20 July from noon, we’re firing up the brasero in the heart of the vineyards for a delicious and festive day – just the way we like it!
ON THE MENU:
To start things off right, enjoy a complimentary aperitif with generous bites: truffle mini croques, grilled duck hearts, mini burgers… the perfect way to wake up your taste buds from the very first sip!
Then comes a refreshing cold buffet with summer flavours: devilled eggs and Andalusian gazpacho to give your palate a chill.
The main course won’t disappoint: half a duck breast, gently cooked in a salt crust over the brasero, served with perfectly golden baby potatoes.
And to finish on a sweet note: a strawberry verrine with diplomat cream and crunchy crumble.
