Halloween au Château de Vayres

Halloween au Château de Vayres

On the last weekend of October, Vayres Castle will be transformed into a veritable theatre of thrills and enchantment!

On Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th October, from 1pm to 7pm, young and old alike are invited to immerse themselves in the Halloween atmosphere through shows, games and entertainment.

No booking is required (tickets available on site), and visitors are encouraged to come in costume to enjoy a spooky Halloween.

The programme includes spectacular falconry displays, knight tournaments and, in the courtyards and grounds, unexpected encounters with sinister characters. Theatrical sketches, witch hunts, werewolf trials, spell-casting lessons, menhir throwing and ‘disturbed’ battles, as well as make-up workshops will punctuate the afternoon.

The castle itself will not be left out: its ground floor will open its doors for a special ‘haunted castle’ tour, reserved for the bravest visitors.

To end the day, at 6.30 pm, little monsters and great wizards will share the traditional toad slime soup, concocted for the occasion.

Light refreshments (drinks, pancakes, waffles, etc.) will be available on site to recharge your batteries between scares.

Admission prices (all inclusive, excluding food):

Children aged 5 to 14: €11.50
Aged 15 and over and adults: €14.50
