Laurence Pourtalès, an aromatherapy consultant, will lead a workshop on the benefits of essential oils for children and their parents. Gentle, natural tools to support your family’s daily life.

The workshop will cover topics such as:
- how to use essential oils safely
- managing emotions
- creating a calm and soothing atmosphere
- promoting sleep, attention, and concentration
- preparing your summer kit
