The Moulin de Picheron offers an experience of ‘happy simplicity’, where comfort and respect for the environment blend harmoniously. Here, there is no connection to the mains electricity supply or running water. Energy is provided by batteries, which power the lighting, the fridge, the coffee maker, the kettle and mobile phone charging. Drinking water is provided in bottles, and the private bathroom facilities, housed in an elegant wooden cabin, include a toilet, washbasin and two solar-powered showers. This approach is an integral part of the experience and encourages guests to slow down, reconnect with nature and appreciate the essentials.

The accommodation features a double bed, bed linen provided, a dining area, a private terrace and, above all, a rooftop terrace with a 360° panoramic view – the true hallmark of this place. From the rooftop, you can admire the vineyards, the charming villages, the sunrises and sunsets, or a starry sky of exceptional clarity.

A 200-metre private footpath leads to a wooded area with a hammock, perfect for relaxing to the sound of birdsong.
