Welcome to Château Pas de l'Âne!
An immersive workshop in the heart of the estate, this experience offers a complete tour of the property, followed by a clear and accessible lesson on the stages of wine tasting.
Participants also discover the terroirs of Saint-Émilion and learn wine vocabulary to better understand what they observe and experience in the glass.
Throughout the workshop, quizzes punctuate the discovery process to help participants become experts, before putting their senses to the test with an aroma recognition game.
A tasting of five wines from the estate accompanies the entire experience.

Tasting under hypnosis: £30/person (+£10 if visiting)
Tasting course: £60/person
