Château La Voûte is the latest property to join Domaines de Moncets.
It's a 3.93-hectare garden, including 1.42 hectares located on the highest point of Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse, in the heart of the Saint-Émilion AOC.
Perched at an altitude of 91 metres, this exceptional terroir is home to old Merlot vines overlooking prestigious estates such as Château Valandraud, Château Péby Faugères and Château de Pressac.
The soil, composed of a thin 20 cm layer of red clay on the surface, rests on an asteriated limestone plateau. This geological singularity gives the grape variety the time it needs to reveal all its aromatic power and tannic elegance, while preserving remarkable freshness.
