Day programme
Meet up at arrival at the Tourist Office, Place des Créneaux in Saint-Émilion.
9:30 am – Saint-Émilion city tour
Follow your guide through several centuries of history! From the village's foundation in the 8th century to the French Revolution in 1789 by way of English domination: discover the rich past of Saint-Émilion through its main monuments. Traditional streets, cloisters, city gate, fortifications and underground monuments have so much to tell you. Not to mention a viewpoint to admire the beautiful sleeping city.
30 minutes of free time between the end of the guided tour and the departure to the wine estate.
11:30 am – Visit and « Casse-Croûte » lunch with the winemaker in a wine estate
The bus will take you to the winery, where you will receive a warm welcome. In the company of the expert, explore the various stages of the Saint-Émilion wine-making process, from the vines to the barrel cellar.
Afterwards, share a convivial lunch where you will taste three wines from the estate.
We offer a range of lunch options to suit all tastes: picnics, winegrower's snacks, local lunches or entrecôte parties.
2:30 pm – Departure from Saint-Émilion to Bordeaux
Departure to Bordeaux, about 40 kilometres away. On the way, the guide will present Bordeaux, including its registration as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its urban architecture.
3:30 pm - Bordeaux city tour
In the heart of old Bordeaux, discover the city’s built heritage. Presentation of the historical building facades (including the Grand Theatre, the Comedy Square, Bourse Square, Palace Square, Parliament Square ...).
This tour lasts 2 hours (partly by bus, partly on foot).

Booking must be made in advance ; the tours are available all year long (except December 25th and January 1st).
The schedule can change on request.
Minimum capacity: 20 people.
Maximum capacity: 50 people; beyond 50 contact us.
This programme can only be made with a guide of the Tourist Office.
The fee per person (without guide) includes: the visit, admission fees to the monuments, tasting fees, lunch (including coffee).
The fee does not include: transportation (on request) or personal expenses.
The guide fees are per guide and for one group of a maximum 50 people. These include the guide service for the whole programme as mentioned.
