Since September, the ‘Pomerol Séduction’ association has been organising a monthly evening where 2 châteaux and a chef work together. This November, Thomas and Châteaux Vieux Maillet & Rouget will be working together for an evening ‘Around the Hunt’.
Meet at Château Vieux Maillet at 7.15pm for an aperitif in the property's Salon ‘Champagne & Amuses Bouches’ followed by a meal amongst the Amphoras where 5 dishes, including Hare à la Royale, will be served and let's not forget... different Vintages to taste in harmony with Thomas's cooking. The owners will be on hand to talk to you about their wines and properties.
