Lunch in the vegetable garden

At Château Beaulieu, near Saint-Emilion en Gironde, we imagined a culinary experience that resembles us: eating outside, well, with the people we love.

Lunch in the vegetable garden is a meeting at the wood fire, in the heart of our estate. In a natural and preserved setting, 45 minutes from Bordeaux, we set up a long convivial table among vegetables and flowers. The fire is lit early in the morning, the embers do their job, and that’s where magic is born.

On the menu, generous and sincere flavors and wines are chosen to accompany, not to impress.

We like to welcome families. The children have space, animals to observe, and games. Adults have time—that of breathing, eating slowly, and really speaking.
