First tasting: a sensory immersion in the vineyards to experience the winemaker's journey from terroir to vinification.
You will taste your first grand cru from a unique perspective: an olfactory and tactile exploration revealing the terroir, the aromas of the grape varieties and the barrel, and the texture of the tannins released during fermentation. A gentle introduction to the heart of life itself.
Second tasting: awaken your taste buds like a sommelier through gourmet tastings.
Like a sommelier, the second tasting with Château Balestard La Tonnelle takes you on a flavourful journey between a grand cru classé and local specialities. Chocolate-covered vine shoots, gourmet grapes, Bouchons de Bordeaux and other regional delicacies will allow you to discover the aromatic richness of the wine and all the subtlety of food and wine pairings and balance on the palate.
Third multisensory tasting through your senses and the history of the family.
The tour ends with a surprise tasting that invites you to immerse yourself in the heart of the château's soul. Let your senses wander between tasting and music, which blend together to create a unique multisensory harmony. A suspended, vibrant moment, where each note and each drop reveals a little more about the identity of the place.
Younger visitors can enjoy sensory experiences involving smell, sight and touch, as well as tastings, sampling syrups with the aromas of the wines tasted by their parents.
