Tactile approach – with the ‘Toucher du Vin®’ tool
Discover an innovative method created by Cyrille Tota, for which we are certified. Thanks to unique tactile aids, perceive the structure of wine in a different way: its tannins, its roundness, its intensity. A fun, surprising and educational experience.
Gourmet approach – food and wine pairings
Because the pleasure of wine is best shared at the table, try some gourmet pairings with local specialities (chocolate vine shoots, Bordeaux bouchons, etc.). Taste, compare, discuss... and leave with some simple tips to enhance your meals.
