Step into the shoes of a Chef at the heart of the Château Tour Pourret kitchens for a private cooking class.

Like a professional, follow our chef’s guidance to create a complete menu—starter, main course, and dessert—and enjoy it in the château’s dining room.

The activity begins with a tour of the château, where you will discover the secrets behind the production of our organic Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. Your guide will then lead you to the kitchens. With a glass of crémant in hand, the chef will present the menu, crafted from local and seasonal products.

Once the meal is prepared, plate your dish and take a seat in the château’s dining room to savor your creation, accompanied by two glasses of wine, including our Grand Cru.

Classes are offered all year round, at midday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and in the evening from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., for private groups of 2 to 18 people. Reduced rates apply depending on the number of participants.

Reservations must be made at least 5 days before the date of the class.

The cooking class includes:

  • A tour of the château and its facilities

  • The cooking class followed by the meal: starter, main course, and dessert

  • Two glasses of wine and a glass of crémant

  • Coffee or tea and a Saint-Émilion macaron

Possibility to adapt the menu to dietary requirements or allergies upon request
