The Château d’Anvichar is a private 5.8-hectare estate located at the gates of Saint-Émilion. The richness of its clay-limestone soils brings finesse, elegance, and depth to the merlots and cabernet francs grown there. The vines, with an average age of thirty-five years, benefit from an exceptional terroir.
In 2021, Carol Zaist fulfilled her dream by acquiring this wine estate. She approaches viticulture with rigor, respect, and ambition.
Since 2022, the estate has been engaged in a process of organic certification, without the use of herbicides or synthetic pesticides. In 2025, the vineyard was certified Organic (AB).
Our wines authentically express the uniqueness of the estate.
For the “Château of the Day” event scheduled for March 8, 2026, Carol Zaist and her team will welcome you for tours and tastings from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, by appointment at 06 76 28 45 75.
We offer 2 thematic tours:
1h at €12 inclusive of tax per person (free for under 18 years old: an organic grape juice tasting will be offered to them + play area available)
1h30 at €16.00/person (free for under 18 years old: a tasting of organic grape juice with chocolate will be offered to them + play area available)
