Château Monlot is located in Saint-Hippolyte, about 10 minutes by car from the village of Saint-Émilion.

This pretty blonde stone building nestled in the heart of the Saint-Emilion vineyard has a rich 400-year history.

Composed of 8 hectares, the Château Monlot vineyard is divided into two large and distinct parts:

  • A part of 5 ha, composed of clay-siliceous soils from which our second wine, Héritage de Monlot, is mainly made.
  • A part of 3 ha situated on the hillside, composed of clayey-limestone soils.

Two grape varieties make up the Château Monlot vineyard: Merlot (75%) and Cabernet Franc (25%).

We welcome you all year by appointment for a visit and tasting of the estate's wines!
