His passion for his profession as a winegrower and his desire to improve his skills led Jean François Meynard to acquire new plots of land in the Saint-Émilion appellation area. He worked 3.5 hectares in the commune of Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse and created a new blend, his star: Château l'Étoile de Clotte, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru.
