Château d'Abzac is located in the heart of the vineyard, north of Pomerol, in Abzac where it dominates the Isle valley.
Listed as a historical monument, this château built at the beginning of the 17th century has belonged to the d'Anglade family since 1796.

The architecture of this place will easily surprise you: the large square courtyard is framed by five pavilions with Perigordian roofs; while the terrace of the Château overlooks the river with an important factory built in the middle of the 18th century at its feet.

This 18-hectare family wine estate is planted with 90% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon on gravelly terraces.
Five wines are vinified in the great Bordeaux tradition by the Château in stainless steel vats:

  • Bordeaux Supérieur "Réserve" (matured in oak barrels)
  • Bordeaux Supérieur
  • "Les Tours d'Abzac"
  • Château d'Abzac Bordeaux Rosé
  • Château Milonblanc en Lussac Saint Émilion.

Take advantage of a visit to Château d'Abzac to discover its wines, its history and its exceptional setting!
