Château Bigaroux is a small family estate of 0.6 ha, located at the foothill of the Saint-Emilion hillside in the commune of Saint-Sulpice-de-Faleyrens.

In the vineyard: All chemicals were eliminated from the year of purchase in 2012. Soils are worked with horses.

85% Merlot - 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Most of the vines are over 70 years old.

Wine: An atypical Saint-Emilion following a complex process that expresses its terroir of excellence. The characteristics of each vintage will determine the quality of our wines, as will the vinification methods used: full vinification in 2 barrels of 500L and 700L, and vinification in inox tanks.
