Inspired by the world of Saint-Émilion, between the wine cellars and the tasting sessions, Chai Pascal enhances the premises in its cuisine. Simple and gourmet, it is made with fresh and seasonal products, proposed by our local producers.
The choice of wines meets the same requirement. Our wine list is a selection of wines from here or elsewhere, all chosen for their uniqueness and diversity.
Created more than 10 years ago, in association with Pascal Fauvel, Catherine Papon-Nouvel, an organic winegrower in Saint-Émilion, perpetuates the history of this restaurant today.
Chai Pascal is open every day of the year for lunch and dinner.
