This 18th century stone house renovated in 2021, located 10 kms from St-Emilion village, offers an ancient building equiped with all modern confort with a stunning panoramic view over a vineyard landscape through the 8m bay window. This guesthouse for 6 is located in a small and historic hamlet located in Puisseguin is perfect to welcome adults with children or not, in a countryside athmosphere.
Ground floor : a large open space with a brand new kitchen fully equiped (oven, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, ...) and a sitting and dining room space. TV, free Internet connection, a fire place with a burning stove (free wood offer in the winter), a ceiling fan, and of course air conditioning (heat or cold). A bedroom ensuite with a king size bed for 2 (90x190 X 2) and a bath room with an italian shower place, a private toilet... Ground floor is adapted for a disabled person (label PMR). Minimum 3 nights in a row, price all included.
First floor : a stair, a mezzanine wtih 2 individual beds (80 x 190), a desk space, a corridor, a bathroom with a bathtube, a toilet, a bedroom with two beds (80 x 190). All lining et toilets equipement included.
Outside a canopy offers protection against sun or rain with a table of 6 and a large barbecue. Stairs goes down to the a private and closed garden (400 m2). Animals are not accepted.
