• Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with Italian shower and 1 separate toilet, view and access to the pool.

• First floor: 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms (bathtub) and en-suite toilets, 1 double bedroom with bathroom (bathtub), 1 double bedroom with separate shower, and a dormitory for children/teens, 1 separate toilet.

The living spaces include a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and small fridge for drinks.

Outside:
Enjoy a peaceful garden with a sunny terrace, large dining table, plancha, Weber charcoal barbecue, and heated private pool. Surrounded by vineyards, the villa offers a serene setting, perfect for relaxing and exploring the village on foot, between the 13th-century church and the local bakery. Enclosed parking (4 spaces).

To enhance your experience of Saint-Émilion’s lifestyle, a private wine tasting at Château La Gaffelière, the family’s historic Grand Cru, can be arranged (subject to availability, closed November to April).
