The "stones and wine" day tour

Ideal programme for groups, including the discovery of the medieval city and the vineyard as well as a lunch in the restaurant.

You are welcomed by your guide at the Saint-Émilion Tourist Office.

10:00 am - City tour: Saint-Émilion and the underground monuments

Explore the history of the town of Saint-Émilion within 1 hour and 30 minutes with your guide. Discover the key stages of its development, from its origins to the present day, including a viewpoint and underground monuments such as the hermitage, the Trinity Chapel, the catacombs, and the monolithic church.

12:30 pm – Lunch at a restaurant (in Saint-Émilion or its surroundings)

Enjoy local cuisine and regional wine for a friendly lunch.

3:00 pm – UNESCO vineyard tour and visit of a wine estate

During an one-hour bus tour in the vineyards, your guide introduces you to the landscapes recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the notable wineries and sites in the region. Then, meet a winemaker for a friendly and enriching experience, followed by a tasting.

6:00 pm - End of the program

- This program is also available in half day tour.

-Your bus is necessary for this program from 3:00 pm - 6.00 pm (distance covered about 50 km).

Booking must be made in advance ; the tours are available all year long (except December 25th and January 1st).

Minimum capacity: 20 people

Maximum capacity: 50 people, beyond 50 contact us.

This program can only be made with a guide of the Tourist Office.

The fee per person (without guide) includes: the visit, admission fees to the monuments, tasting fees, lunch (including wine and coffee). Contact us for the menu options.

If you wish to visit and taste a "Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé" instead of "Grand Cru", please note an additionnal fee ( the exact additional fee will confirmed at the time of  booking).

The fee does not include: transportation (on request) or personal expenses.

The guide fees are per guide and for one group of a maximum 50 people. These include the guide service for the whole programme as mentioned.
