Château Sansonnet is located at the top of the plateau of Saint-Émilion. The exceptional terroir is made of a thin layer of clay on limestone.The vineyard extends over 7 ha around the wine estate.
Cultural management use only ancestral methods and the estate practice sustainable agriculture.
In 2012, Château Sansonnet became Grand Cru Classé de Saint-Émilion. It was the result of a growing quality of wines, an exceptional place and rigorous working methods.
