10:00 am – Saint-Émilion city tour
Follow your guide through several centuries of history! From the village's foundation in the 8th century to the French Revolution in 1789 through the period of English domination:Discover the rich past of Saint-Émilion through its main monuments.
Traditional streets, cloisters, city gate, fortifications and underground monuments have so much to tell you. Without forgetting a viewpoint to admire the beautiful sleeping city.
11:30 am –Visit and « Casse Croûte » lunch with the winemaker in a wine estate
Departure to a family wine estate of Saint-Émilion. The winemaker greets you and gives you a tour of his estate: the vines, the wine cellar and the vat room. He also allows you to discover the different steps of the winemaking process in Saint-Emilion. Then, share a friendly "Casse-Croûte" lunch with him, including 3 wines of the estate. We give you the choice of 2 options for lunch:
3:00 pm – Hiking tour
With your guides, go through the typical valleys of Saint-Émilion vineyard and discover the notion of “Terroir”. This unique wine landscape was listed in 1999 a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. While hiking, you will encounter some exceptional sites.
6:00 pm – End of the programme
N.B. Please note that you do not have to be an experienced hiker as the total distance covered in the day is approximately 6 to 8 miles. This programme aims at discovering the region more intimately off the beaten track, vineyards and remarkable sites thanks to your local and knowledgeable guide. Your coach is used to take you to the wine estate.
This programme can also be done by bike, with extra fees for the bikes rental(please contact us).

Booking must be made in advance ; the tours are available all year long (except December 25th and January 1st).
Minimum capacity : 20 people
Maximum capacity : 30 people, beyond 30 contact us.

This programme can only be made with a guide of the Tourist Office.
The fee per person (without guide) includes : the visit, admission fees to the monuments, tasting fees, lunch (including wine and coffee). Contact us for the menu options.
The fee does not include : transportation (on request) or personal expenses.
The guide fees are per guide and for one group of a maximum 30 people. These include the guide service for the whole programme as mentioned.
