You're welcomed by your guide at the Parking Villemaurine - Saint Emilion.

 

10:00 am – Visit of a wine estate in Pomerol

 

The Pomerol AOC is one of the smallest appellations in the Bordeaux area, which represents only 2000 acres. During the Drive your guide will show you the world famous Grand Crus wine estates, but also family estates. Visit of a wine estate of the appellation and a commented tasting.

 

11:45 am - Visit and « Casse Croûte » lunch with the winemaker in a wine estate

 

Departure to a family wine estate of Saint-Émilion. The winemaker greets you and makes you tour his estate: vines, wine cellar, vat room. He also makes you discover the different steps of the winemaking process in Saint-Emilion. Then, share a friendly "Casse-Croûte" lunch with him, including 3 wines of the estate. We suggest you 2 options for lunch:

  • the wine-grower "casse-croûte" with regional cold or hot meats, mixed salads, cheeses, season fruits and dried fruits, coffee.
  • or the entre-côte party : regional cold meats, grilled rib-steak on vine shoots, potatoes, cheeses, season fruits and dried fruits, coffee.

 

2:30 pm – The vineyards of Saint-Émilion, a World Heritage Site

 

The tour enables visitors to discover the outstandingly beautiful vine-covered Saint-Émilion countryside. The Jurisdiction of Saint-Émilion was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in December 1999 for its historic vineyard landscape.

 

3:30 pm – Visit and tasting tour in Fronsac

Classic Tour.
Olfactory workshop with the "Nez du Vin"© aroma game, an introduction to wine tasting and tasting of three wines.

 

5:00 pm - End of our services.

Booking must be made in advance ; the tours are available all year long (except December 25th and January 1st).

The schedule can change on request.

Minimum capacity : 20 persons.

Maximum capacity : 25 persons, beyond 25 contact us.

1 person free for 20 paying people.

This programme can only be made with a guide of the Tourist Office.

The fee per person (without guide) includes : the visit, tasting fees, lunch (wine and coffee includes). Contact us for the menu options.

The fee does not include : transportation (on request) or personal expenses.

The guiding fees are per guide and for one group of a maximum 25 people. These include the guiding service for the whole programme as mentioned.
